Please read them carefully before using our services. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
Who Can Use SGMS
You must be 13 or older to create an account.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you and arrange any payment.
We delete accounts we learn belong to someone under 13.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
One person may only maintain one account on the platform
Email verification may be required to access certain features
Enrollment Codes
Access to courses and projects requires valid enrollment codes:
Enrollment codes are personal and non-transferable
Codes may have usage limits and expiration dates
After payment, you must enroll using your course code within 14 days. Unused codes may expire.
Sharing or reselling enrollment codes is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to revoke access if codes are misused
Payment & Installments
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). You pay by InstaPay or instant bank transfer to the details your instructor gives you. SGMS does not take card payments on this site.
Full payment is required for each course or project before access is granted, unless a written installment plan is approved.
Approved installment plans may split payment across up to 4 months.
If payment is not completed within 4 months, all courses and projects are blocked and your progress is placed on hold until the balance is paid.
After payment, you must enroll using your course code within 14 days (2 weeks). Unused codes may expire after that period.
No refunds are available after 14 days from the date of payment.
Chat & Messaging
When you send an inquiry or participate in course and group chats, you agree to:
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and bullying are not allowed.
No profanity, slurs, or sexually explicit content in messages or voice notes.
Do not spam, advertise, or share enrollment codes publicly.
Do not share another person's private information without consent.
Course and project materials discussed in chat remain confidential.
Staff may review reports and message history when investigating a complaint.
Violations may result in a strike. Three strikes can lead to account suspension or deletion.
You must accept these chat terms before sending your first course access inquiry.
Strike Policy
A strike is a formal warning for breaking platform or chat rules.
Instructors and admins may issue a strike after reviewing a report or misconduct.
Students in a group chat may report a specific message for staff review.
You will be notified in the app and by email when a strike is issued.
You can view your strikes in Settings and submit an appeal for staff review.
If staff overturns a strike, it no longer counts toward the limit.
At 3 active strikes, your account may be suspended and scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
Suspended students can still log in to view strikes and appeal. Chat and new inquiries stay blocked until an admin restores access.
The platform uses a 3-strike system. After 3 strikes, your account may be banned and scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless an administrator reverses the ban.
Content Access & Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and content are protected by copyright
You may access content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only
Downloading, copying, or redistributing content without permission is prohibited
Recording or screen-capturing course videos is not permitted
Project files are provided for educational purposes and may not be redistributed
Course and project materials belong to the instructor who published them, or to Ibrahim Waleed Azab for materials the operator created
You keep ownership of the work you submit (assignments, quiz answers, comments, and chat messages). You give Ibrahim Waleed Azab and your instructors permission to store, display, and grade it for running your course
User Conduct
When using our platform, you agree not to:
Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate comments
Submit plagiarized work for assignments
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
Share course access with unauthorized users
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page
Account deletion requires email verification for security
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your access to enrolled content will be revoked
Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SGMS is provided "as is". We work to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Courses are educational. Completing one does not guarantee a grade, certificate, job, or any other outcome unless the course page says so in writing.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or project the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes consumer rights you have where you live.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the competent courts of Egypt, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
