What is SGMS?
SGMS is a private education platform for courses and projects run by instructors. Students enroll with a code rather than buying a seat from a public store.
How do I get a course code?
Codes are issued by an instructor after payment is arranged. If you do not have one, email contact@support.aizger.com.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the payment date. You pay your instructor in EGP by InstaPay or instant bank transfer, not as a card checkout on this site. See the Refund policy.
What happens if I miss installment payments?
Approved plans may split payment across up to 4 months. If payment is not finished in that time, access is blocked and progress is held until the balance is paid.
Why can I see a course but not open it?
Published titles are listed so enrolled and prospective students can see what exists. Opening lessons still needs a matching enrollment.
How do chat strikes work?
Staff may issue a strike for breaking chat or platform rules. At 3 active strikes an account can be suspended. You can appeal from Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, then Danger zone. We send a verification code to your email before deletion. If you cannot sign in, email contact@support.aizger.com from the address on the account.
