SGMS does not take card payment on this website. You pay your instructor in Egyptian pounds (EGP) by InstaPay or instant bank transfer. There are no extra platform checkout fees added at the last step here.
Amounts shown on a published course are the instructor's listed figure, not a surprise fee from SGMS. Refunds follow the same rules as Terms:
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). You pay by InstaPay or instant bank transfer to the details your instructor gives you. SGMS does not take card payments on this site.
- Full payment is required for each course or project before access is granted, unless a written installment plan is approved.
- Approved installment plans may split payment across up to 4 months.
- If payment is not completed within 4 months, all courses and projects are blocked and your progress is placed on hold until the balance is paid.
- After payment, you must enroll using your course code within 14 days (2 weeks). Unused codes may expire after that period.
- No refunds are available after 14 days from the date of payment.
How to request a refund
Within 14 days of the payment date, email contact@support.aizger.com from your account email with the course or project name, the payment date, and the InstaPay or bank transfer reference. If a refund is approved, it is sent back in EGP by InstaPay or bank transfer to the account the payment came from, and access to that course or project is removed. Any transfer fee your own bank charges to receive it is outside our control. After 14 days from the payment date, refunds are not available.
Installment plans
Installment plans carry no interest or late fee from SGMS. If a balance is not cleared within the plan period, access is paused, not charged extra, and your progress is kept until it is paid.
Suspension and account deletion
If your account is suspended for breaking the Terms (for example after repeated strikes), the refund window above still applies to payments made in the last 14 days. A suspended account is deleted 30 days after suspension unless access is restored, so request any refund before then. Deleting your own account does not by itself trigger a refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not remove any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
